Mindfulness is becoming very popular because it teaches you how to be in the present so you can make new choices, but what happens when you start changing and everything goes wrong? it all becomes too hard , so you tell yourself it isn't possible and nothing works! so your subconscious has won again by sabotaging your efforts.
