TRAUMA POST/MID COVID
Amid the ongoing stress of dealing with "learning to live with covid": we are being bombarded by differing views of how our lives will be from now on. Many people are still trying to navigate between what is necessary for themselves and their loved ones. Many are like a "deer in the headlights" and cant see their way clear to now being able to make plans and the ability to focus on a better future. It seems like the universe has landed one blow after another, people are feeling unsafe and shaken. Either you have lost your business, your home, work , your friends or family or your way as the world is in turmoil. i am seeing many clients in flight/fight mode at the moment and the one thing I can tell you with all sincerity is that a balance can bring you back into the present, release anxiety , help you not only cope but thrive , it is like the buddha who is calm when chaos is all around. Who doesnt want that? You don't need to understand the process for it to work. When I first started Kinesiology, my father said..oh that only works if you believe in it... until the day I cured his cat of a urinary tract infection , with no other intervention. This had been a recurring occurence, and from that day forward until 5 years later when she passed away peacefully never had another infection So what is stopping you from having a better life and making this time easier for yourself? Your body has an amazing healing ability, it just needs to realise how to again.
